If however, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our very best to make it right.

You may also simply return the product to us for a full refund, with no questions asked, as long as the request is made no later than 21 days from the original shipment date to you and the purchased item is in its original shipped condition and packaging.

Our bags are made of durable waxed canvas. The bags may appear to be ‘spotty’ but it’s just part of our waxing process. Please be aware of this when you buy!
